Warcraft Tunnel

The following information shows you how you can configure World of Warcraft to work with the EscapeNet Warcraft Tunnel.

This is a beta trial of a service for our customers to reduce their ping times whilst using World of Warcraft.

1. Install FreeCap

Download & install FreeCap. Please be advised, there hasn't been a version released for Windows Vista as yet. To see if your operating system is supported, please check Freecap's download page.

2. Freecap Settings

Run Freecap and go to FILE, SETTINGS, and in the proxy settings set the following: .

3. Freecap and World of Warcraft

Instruct WoW to use Freecap, by clicking File, New Application. Click browse and use go to c:\Program Files\World of Warcraft\WoW.exe.

4. Launching World of Warcraft

Launch WoW from within FreeCap.

5. Feedback

As this World of Warcraft gateway is a beta trial, it's important for us to receive feedback so we can improve the service. Please send us an email and tell us your old and new pings, the State you're in and your DSL connection speed.
